Strengthen the pieces funders look for before an application is ever submitted, including program framing, outcomes, budgets, and organizational readiness.

Practical help organizing projects, workflows, timelines, documentation, and the behind-the-scenes work that keeps small organizations moving.
Experience
My work spans grant development, nonprofit operations, communications, project coordination, and storytelling. I work especially well with small nonprofits and emerging organizations that have strong missions but limited internal capacity.
The Writing Side
Writing has been part of my life for as long as I can remember.
I’ve written fiction, essays, and longer-form work, often about change, identity, resilience, family, and what happens when life takes an unexpected turn.
This space will feature my books, current writing projects, published pieces, and occasional reflections on the writing process itself.

A young adult novel about friendship, identity, and finding your place.

Published under a pen name
A humorous holiday survival guide about family chaos, boundaries, expectations, and getting through the season with your sanity intact.

About
I’m a writer, nonprofit professional, and consultant with experience across grant development, communications, operations, and project support.
Much of my work has involved helping small and mission-driven organizations take good ideas and turn them into something more organized, fundable, and clearly communicated.
I’m especially comfortable working with organizations that are doing meaningful work with limited staff and limited time — the places where everyone is wearing several hats and the important work still has to get done.
Alongside my consulting work, I write fiction and nonfiction and continue to develop my own creative projects.
At the center of both sides of my work is the same thing: helping people make sense of complicated ideas, tell their stories clearly, and move something important forward.
